Who could forget the crazy story of Danny Ocean who wanted to score the biggest casino heist in history? With a team of lovable misfits, he attempts the impossible: robbing not one but three casinos! It’s almost three hours of pure unaltered fun that became an automatic classic. Plus if you liked the movie, you have Ocean’s Twelve and Ocean’s Thirteen to feast upon.
3. Casino (1995) Directed by Martin Scorsese with Robert De Niro & Sharon Stone
Last but not least, the most iconic gambling movie of all time: Casino. Back in 1995, this was the last collaboration between Martin Scorsese and Robert De Niro. This masterpiece showed the brutal and violent side of gambling with hired hit-man and careless high rollers. Apparently, the most difficult things about filming the movie was finding people to reveal their secrets on how to cheat in the casino. If you’re looking for some action but not much plot, this movie is for you.
